Breede Riverine's Flat
River Queen's Flat, is situated in the Riverine village. Situated 6km from Malgas, 20km only from the Indian ocean, 45km from Swellendam, only 250km from Cape Town or George.
Thi thatched roof 35m2 flat is the ideal accommodation for individual travellers, couples or small family willing to discover the area.
It has 1 double bed, a single bed and a sleeper couch which can accommodate up to 4 people. It has an open-plan kitchen, a lounge, a dressing room area and a separate bathroom.

The unique location of the village makes it part of the Lower Breede River Nature Conservancy, known for its rich biodiversity, which is one of the largest and longest navigable rivers in South Africa.

The Riverine village has its own slipway to launch boats and a petrol station.
There are 3 pubs restaurants and a shop close by:
- The Boat House and the Bush Pub are right on the banks of the Breede River
- Grunters, the newly open restaurant and the Trading post, the local shop are on the corner of the Malgas turn-off.
They are all very popular amongst visitors and locals.
The Flat is rented in a self-catering for 4 people maximum:
- R750 per day for 2 people and R150 per person extra
- From 15 December to 14 January : R1000 per day for 2 people, and R150 per pers extra
